Jägerhof’s Natural Cuisine for Connoisseurs
First-class taste experiences begin with the ingredients, which is why we focus on fresh, high-quality products from our region. Depending on the season, we delight you with South Tyrolean specialties inspired by traditional recipes with a modern twist.
Our dishes are free from flavor enhancers and preservatives, allergy-friendly, and combine enjoyment with health and well-being.
Sourdough Made with Care
- The heart of our kitchen: Siegi’s artisan bread

At the Jägerhof, bread holds a very special place, and that’s mainly thanks to Siegi. Every loaf that reaches our table comes from his own hands. Each day, he kneads the dough, shapes the loaves, and lets them rise slowly. He uses only flours from the Merano mill, most of them organic.
Many of the breads are made with mild sourdough and long fermentation, giving them not only great flavor but also excellent digestibility. The result is not ordinary bread, but true artisan bread; honest, down-to-earth, and made with plenty of heart.
