The people who define our region

For us, regionality is more than just a concept, it is a lived conviction. Our producers come from nearby, work with passion, respect nature and animal welfare, and give each product a piece of South Tyrolean identity. On this page, we introduce the people who enrich the Jägerhof every day with quality, authenticity, and genuine craftsmanship.

Questions about regional products

FAQ about our Producers

Here we answer the most important questions about our producers: where our food comes from, how it is made, and why regionality at the Jägerhof is more than just a trend. Transparent, honest, and close to the people who shape our homeland.

We work almost exclusively with producers from the Passeier Valley and the surrounding area. Many of our partners have been supplying us regionally, sustainably, and with genuine passion for their craft for years.

Because regional foods are fresher, more authentic, and more resource-friendly. At the same time, we support the people and businesses in our homeland, a cycle that benefits everyone.

Yes. Many farms and businesses, such as Aignerhof or Wegerhof, welcome visitors, offer guided tours, or have farm shops. We are happy to provide you with personal recommendations.

Through long-term partnerships, fair prices, regular purchases, and the trust that we rely on quality from the local area rather than large supply chains.

Because every farmer, gardener, and artisan is a part of the Jägerhof. Their work shapes our taste, our identity, and our understanding of sustainable hospitality.

Authentic, Local, Sustainable

Fresh from field and craft

Eishof
When fresh vegetables arrive on the plate at the Jägerhof, it is often the result of the work of two people: Petra and Luis from the Eishof in St. Leonhard. With great dedication, strong hands, and a keen sense for nature, they provide us throughout the summer with crisp salads, aromatic herbs, and vegetables that still carry the scent of sun and soil.

Aignerhof
At the Aignerhof, Anna and Christoph live their farm concept with full conviction: organic farming, mother-based animal husbandry, and honest craftsmanship that allows time, respect, and closeness. Their organic cheese specialties are made from the milk of animals that are allowed to grow up peacefully, naturally, stress-free, and always within the family group. You can taste this in every piece of cheese. For us at the Jägerhof, Anna and Christoph are not just producers, but partners who share our values: sustainable, regional, and crafted with genuine love for the product.

Brewed Locally

Craft beer from South Tyrol

Psairerbier
Behind Psairerbier is Norman, a brewer who runs his small brewery in St. Martin with great heart, courage, and a healthy dose of experimental spirit. Each variety is crafted by hand, with the goal of reimagining beer; sometimes fresh and light, sometimes full-bodied and delightfully different.

Wine with integrity

Winery St. Quirinus
