The Jägerhof is located directly at the Jaufen Pass, one of the most well-known and demanding road cycling routes in the Alps. Every year, the legendary Ötztaler Radmarathon also passes right by here.
This makes our house the ideal starting point for road cyclists who want to specifically gain elevation and prepare for alpine challenges. Whether as a training camp, for intensive day tours, or as a stopover on an Alpine crossing – from the Jägerhof you can set off directly onto some of the most spectacular mountain pass roads in South Tyrol.
Classics such as the Timmelsjoch Pass or varied loop tours in the Passeier Valley can also be perfectly combined from here.

The Passeier Valley can be explored in a particularly versatile way by e-bike or mountain bike, whether relaxed or sporty, always right in the heart of nature.
Gentle alpine paths and forest roads lead to scenic viewpoints and traditional mountain huts, ideal for a break with regional cuisine and panoramic views.
E-bikes also allow longer tours and significant elevation gain without much effort. Perfect for enjoying the mountain landscape in a relaxed way.
Bike rental is available nearby, for example in St. Martin in Passeier, with beautiful routes all the way to Merano.
